[공지] 페이코인 거래지원 종료 결정에 대한 입장문
안녕하세요, 페이코인 팀입니다.
페이코인의 해외 사업 로드맵과 지갑 사업자로서의 서비스 제공 계획 등 소명에도 불구하고 DAXA는 최초 유의 지정 사유인 급격한 사업적 변동 및 해외 사업 불확실성의 사유로 페이코인의 거래지원 종료를 결정했습니다. 이미 해외 결제 사업 로드맵과 국내 결제사업 모델 변경 및 재 런칭 일정등을 상세히 소명 했음에도 불구하고 금번 거래지원 종료 결정은 백서대로 사업 진행을 하지 못하는 많은 거래지원 프로젝트들과 비교하여 심각히 형평성을 잃은 조치로 깊은 유감을 표합니다.
글로벌 №1 가상자산 결제 플랫폼을 천명했던 페이코인 사업은 결코 종료되지 않을 것이며, 이미 밝힌바와 같이 3분기내 해외 결제 사업 및 13개 메인넷 지원 지갑서비스 런칭과 은행 실명확인 입출금 계정 확인서 발급 및 가상자산 사업자 재 신고를 거쳐 4분기내 국내 결제 사업도 재 오픈하는 일정을 차질 없이 준비 하고 있습니다.
동시에 해외 대형 거래소 상장도 추진중에 있어서 향후 해외 사업의 확대에 중점을 두고 있습니다.
320만 페이코인 고객과 15만 가맹점을 페이코인은 끝까지 보호할 것이며, 글로벌 결제 플랫폼의 성공적인 런칭으로 페이코인의 결제플랫폼이 건재함을 보여드릴 것을 약속드리고, 가상자산 사업자 재신고 및 이후 페이코인의 국내 거래소 거래지원 원복 등을 흔들림 없이 추진해 나가겠습니다.

[Announcement] Statement Regarding the Decision on Delisting Paycoin(PCI)

Despite our effort on explaning Paycoin’s roadmap on overseas business and wallet services, DAXA has decided to delist Paycoin(PCI) because the uncertainty in the PCI-related business has not been resolved. Despite the detailed explanation of the overseas payment business roadmap, change in the domestic payment business model, and the relaunch schedule, we deeply regret that DAXA has decide to delist Paycoin(PCI). This decision is deeply upsetting and seriously unfair, as many other projects listed on the exchanges have failed to proceed with the white paper.
As one of the global №1virtual asset payment platform, Paycoin’s business will not come to an end. As stated in the previous announcement, by Q3 this year, we will begin our overseas payment service and support 13 different mainnet in our wallet. And by Q4 this year, we will complete the issuance of real-name verified account with the bank and become qualified as a virtual asset service provider for domestic(Korea) payment services.
At the same time, we are pushing our plan to get listed on global exchanges in order to further expand our oversea business.
We will protect our 3.2 million Paycoin users and 150,000 merchants until the end. We promise to show that Paycoin’s payment platform is healthy and that we will proceed on building a successful global payment platform, including changing our Virtual Asset Service Provider License, resuming domestic(Korea) payment service, and getting listed on domestic(Korea) exchanges.
